We know that your jewelry is special to you. By wearing jewelry often, it may become loose, and cords holding beads and/or gemstones may fail. Keeping your jewelry looking its best is why WalkSilent offers repairs, including regular jewelry maintenance, inspection and cleaning.

Cleaning and Inspection Service
Performing regular cleaning and inspection of your jewelry is a great way to catch any problems before they happen. Sending in your jewelry in for inspection and cleaning allows us to catch any loose stones, damage or other injury, and repair it before further problems arise.

Receive a Repair Estimate
The WalkSilent jewelry repair team will determine what repairs may be needed. The final cost of the repairs will be established before sending the jewelry to our studio.

Send In Your Jewelry
Send in your jewelry to our studio, where master craftsmen will repair and restore your piece with meticulous care. After a final polish and inspection, your jewelry will be shipped back to you. You will be notified by email when it is ready.

*Pack jewelry in original packaging(just the box). If you do not have your original packaging, pack the damaged item(s) in a re-sealable zipper plastic storage bag(ZipLoc). Make sure it’s secure.*

Remove jewelry before showering or before using grooming products. Many cosmetics, lotions, hairsprays and perfumes contain chemicals that can damage jewelry.
