WalkSilent is a jewelry and clothing store based in the USA. Each item is made by hand with love and care. All our items are made to order and it may take 2-4 weeks for orders to ship.

Order Process
WalkSilent is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
International conversion rates may apply.
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
Orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to process before shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on each item(s) destination and weight.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information as well as promotional or gift card codes at checkout.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation upon delivery is required on domestic & international WalkSilent purchases.
WalkSilent is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to our studio, please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees, as the original shipping label will be void. Original shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.
WalkSilent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. We take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. Once your package has left our studio, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following actions will need to be taken with your local post office.
USA(Domestic) Shipping Times
We offer several shipping options for our clients depending on destination, which include:
FedEx Home Delivery (1-5 days business days)
UPS Ground Shipping (1-5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions.
P.O Boxes
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you placed an order with a P.O. box as your shipping address, our team will contact you via e-mail to receive a verified street address to ship to.

Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
International Shipping Policy

International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 business days) unless notified otherwise.

International Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our studio.

Return Policy
At WalkSilent, we strive to provide each guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item.
WalkSilent Domestic & International Return Policy
The customer must fill out a return form within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days from the delivery date. We do NOT offer exchanges at the moment.
Our items are made to order, each item will be subject to a $50.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend insuring your package.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
Jewelry and clothing must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for returns. All packaging, tags, instructions, and packing slips, as applicable, must be included with the return.
Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on custom orders.
Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
Once your return is received back at our studio, we will inspect your item(s). If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Return Form
Please Note, the information filled out for the Return Form must match your invoice.
A return form must be filled out in order for us to process your return within 14 days of delivery date. After you submit your form we will send you a confirmation email with instructions.
How to return your Online Purchase
Purchases made online must be postmarked within 21 days after the delivery date. Please be aware, there is a $50.00 restocking fee for each item that is being returned.
Please read the information on your original packing slip.
Pack the item securely. Use the original package. Enclose the original packing slip.
Please use a shipping carrier that ships to P.O. Boxes.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
We will notify you when we process your refund.
You can expect a refund within 7-10 business days of our receiving your returned product(s). Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Item Sizing Details & Custom Orders
Our jewelry items vary in sizes. Some jewelry items have adjustable sizes. If you do not think our sizes work for you, you may order a custom size.
