All jewelry items are made to order.

What does made to order mean?

Make orders as they come in, or make them ahead of time and only list them when they're ready to go.

How long does it take to process my return?

After, receiving your returned items at our studio and the item(s) are inspected and accepted. It should take 7-10 business days to receive your refund.

How long does it take for Customer Service to respond to my email?
